Yes, SSA and SSB move hard because the price breaks resistances or supports in direction of the trend.

In Metatrader, top in the Templates menu, tap Load Template. Or simply add the Ichimoku to your chart and remove the Tenkan Sen line and the Chikou Span line. I like the 5-minute frame in EURUSD during the London session because it captures the intraday trend, but it works in any frame. Watch USDJPY on H1 now:
