Please note that this possible solution is provided as-is without any warranties or guarantees of any sort, implicit or explicit, and by using it, you agree that I'm neither responsible nor liable for loss of, or harm to, anything (including but not limited to: you, your appliions, your hardware, and/or your prosperity) for the usage of this possible solution or the Algominr appliions (which I'm unaffiliated with and don't endorse in any manner). In other words, I am being helpful but please do not sue me. I'm not a professional and this solution is based from personal experience.

Assuming that python 2.7 is utilized and is installed to C:\Python27 and that PYTHONHOME is set to C:\Python27 the following worked for me:

    1) Open Cmd (command prompt)
two) python -m pip install kivy-garden
    3) python C:\Python27\Scripts\garden install matplotlib
    4) python C:\Python27\Scripts\garden install chart
    5) python C:\Python27\Scripts\garden install contextmenu

For me, this made it available on Windows 10.
