Thread: Personal notes on shares and transactions

After years operating in Forex and thinking that the shares were too complicated, I realized that it is just the other way around. At least for me. I learned a lot from the FX: FXhrard's CZ breaks, Kiwioz's Mag line, fibo levels, etc. All that is also interesting for stocks and I still operate from time to time the EurUsd, but with stocks the story changes, and so far I have gone quite well. One thing I also learned is that it takes a considerable initial investment to get decent returns that one can depend on as "return" constant. I always knew, but now I check it in my own flesh. For personal reasons, that initial capital is too high for my current situation. But it seems that I found my advantage, so for the moment I am operating in demo. The idea is to create a solid track record that can interest investors looking for long term management. As I have already operated for years with real account, I deal my account with the same seriousness. I know perfectly what it feels like to enter with real money, and for me this demo is like a strong CV I am now considering that Nker has me.

GoPro doesn't appear in all brokers, it depends on whether they have access to the entire American market. Did you try Interactive Brokers or DEGIRO?

NVidia goes like a rocket, but it's already at dangerous levels. I would expect a strong pullback before going in long, at least 10% correction.

The best thing you can do is follow that mentality of treating demo as real. Most dont do it and then they are surprised at whats happening in real.

Have you considered getting into ETFs instead of individual shares? Less volatility, less scares and you can also operate long trends.

The shares are quieter than forex, yes. But dont underestimate the power of quarterly news, they can move the price more than any NFP.

I use a system similar to yours, price action + fundamentals + support/resistance. It has worked well in Apple and Google for two years.

Are you looking at technology alone? What do you think of energy sectors or basic consumption?

Just today I saw that GPRO fell another 3%. If you see it with potential, now would be a good time to enter with little and add in falls.

I don't know if I'm in bad luck, but every time I buy NVDA, two days later it corrects, so now I only come in after big falls.
