I open this thread because I'm tired of watching videos with Ferraris and empty promises. I want to know if there's anyone real here who's actually living on trading. I'm not talking about a couple of winning weeks, I'm talking about constancy. Is it possible or are they selling smoke to us?

Yes you can, but it will cost you more than a college career and no one guarantees you anything. I have been 4 years, many accounts burned and just now I begin to see consistency.

Living from trading? You can, if you live with your parents and without responsibilities. If you have bills, family and real stress, I wish you luck.

There are a lot of people living on trading, but you wont see it on social media. Those who really do are too busy managing their risk to go up selfies in Dubai.

Stop romanticizing this. This is not financial freedom or anything like that. It is a lonely, exhausting activity with a level of uncertainty that not everyone can endure. But yes, you can live from it.

I'm starting with modest capital, but I've covered my monthly expenses for seven months now. I'm not a millionaire, but I'm not a slave to an office either.

What if you focus on living well with a stable job and use trading as an extra income? Nobody talks about it, but for many it is more realistic.

They want to live off trading without even having a risk management plan. I know masons with more strategy than some Instagram traders.

The problem is that everyone wants results NOW. Nobody wants to take 3 years without winning a euro to just learn not to lose. And without that, there is no consistency.

The secret is not in the system, but in your head. When you stop operating through emotions and become a cold and disciplined executor, thats when the change begins.
