The issue with skrill the support (especially the debit card) is limitted to sepa nations only today, meaning no withdrawals could be performed on the card external sepa nations. . I believe the same holds for neteller, I shifted to the hf debit card today.

How can we shift Hotforex card to other payment processors like neteller? Is not it a payoneer by default?

Really it is a mastercard so it is possible to use it for any POS transactions.

The old hotforex card has been supplied by payoneer which ceased the ceremony back in 2015 if im not mistaken, this new card is supplied by someone else, EU established, netteller and skrill are owned by precisely the same company so most likely one can presume they'll be having the same policy or similar, so yeah, to get skrill its mostly sepa nations. .

Great for you, skrill only cash withdrawals to sepa country members, which made me move really, for cash withdrawals all usd funds would be converted into eu before sending it into my bank and then convert it again to local currency which makes me lose about 10% of finance in conversion. Im not sure about purchases although havent tried after their november upgrade

My alternative was creating new account in Euro in Skrill and Bank account, exercising with assistance a move of my money out of old account to new. I request withdrawal in Euro from Hotforex same speed penalties. Despite all inconvenience Skrill is tool for operations that are in/out
