Further, as far as I know, Broco was the only having offered a raw spread with separate commissions, and not a padded feed as is the case with most brokers that offer Futures via MT4.

Broco got seal for fraud investigation ?

AvaFX have everything. I don't have a live account with them, but demonion for charting functions great. DX, SP, GOLD, CRUDE, 10Y Notes, etc etc....

They told me yesterday in live discussion they don't have most things on MT4, they simply have Forex. This defeats some charting benefits from MT4

MB has some combination of everything you need. Utilize MT4, utilize their charts, plug-in Ninja or third party, use MT4 for execution or not, get paid without a comms for tight spreads or limits. . .USD based and well-regulated in several asset classes. Not sure what else you would need.
