I know ripple seems to be exotic, after those cryptos that weren't legitimitated by banks and gov., having a single that has that legitimation and is being used by banks. But presence is still bounded to btc. aso.

I am in the US, so I am beginning with coinbase for initial coins, heading to binance for xrp, then a ledger wallet. Thank you for the input of everybody!
I recall few years back mining equipment was expensive, few $k to order equipment and few months awaiting delivery - then 1 btc cost maybe $300 but you could mine few within limited time. I had been hesitating and counting if it is worth mining, and that I didn't as couldn't forecast price will go large.
