And what do you do if you skip the SL and just then the price turns in favor? Do you go back in?

When do you decide to move the SL to BE? Do you do it manually or with a clear rule?
Wouldn't it be better to have a more dynamic output rule? Sometimes fixed TPs don't take advantage of the whole movement.
