    For Long

Identify a currency pair where the daily range was contained within the prior day's range for at least two days.
Buy 10 pips above the high of the previous inside day. Put a stop and reverse order for two lots at 10pips below the low of the closest inside day. Take profit when prices hit double the amount risked or start to track the stop at that level.

    For Brief

    Vice versa

Buy 10 pips above the top of the preceding inside day. Place a halt and reverse order for just two lots at 10pips under the low of the nearest interior day. Take profit when prices hit twice the amount risked or begin to track the stop at that level.

It's just an interior bar style breakout.

You just need two indoors bars around the daily span at a row. When the next interior bar is set, then you make your breakout at the high/low of the most recent inside pub.

Buy 10 pips above the high of the previous inside moment. Put a halt and reverse order for just two lots at 10pips under the low of the closest inside day. Take profit when prices reach double the amount risked or start to trail the stop at this level.

Range? Or price? Can you please place a chart showing what you're feeling?
