Thread: Advice on automation

    Hello All;

I Want to ask a Massive favor. I need advice from successful trader(s) who has automated their egy. I've zero experience in coding (if that's the correct word?) I am not certain of the proper questions to ask!!!! For instance, how do you write code to get strength and weakness in price action?

I'm currently doing well with manually trading, but feel I would do MUCH better if I could get rid of a bit of discretion from my own egy.

I believe my egy is simple. I'm pleased to pay for this support.

Can somebody point me in the right direction? Thank you.

    Thanks for your reply.

Where does one find quality info to learn how to code? The info I've seen online starts with the premise you've got any coding experience. Are there any tutoring providers who are traders?

I definitely need / desire to find coding. Anyone gone through this?

    Thanks Beforehand.

You can begin taking a look at the following link:

    https://book.mql4.com/

Besides this, there are lots of many Youtube videos that can also help you.

I'll still need to say that without any experience this isn't likely to be an easy thing to learn. It will demand a lot of patience and hard work. The most important is that you ought to have the will to learn coding while not having this to do anything with needing to code your own egy ( this can come at its own time)

simply to automate your existing egy, the easiest and quickest way would be to hire someone and pay them.

Do you suggest anyone whom I can cover? Is there a source for reputable coders who can explain things in simple method?

I don't have any recommendations for a coder. But I'm pretty sure if you place your egy on the forums and if it indeed shows favorable expectancy, lots of coders will be happy to work with you to develop automation.

Look at the following thread. That's exactly what I am referring to. The OP shared his egy and a person was happy to automate it to get him

    Hi,

Well, that's hard to say what is better, I'm profitable with semi-automated and automated egies, but they want optimization and modifiions within the time, as the market structure changes. It will take time to perform manual/algo trading, trust me.

    Regards, have a happy trading!

you've got the following 2 options:

    1) Learn to code. It's sure a very long process if you have never coded in life but I promise you it will be quite rewarding.
Two ) Share your proven egy here and if it's a true advantage and proven positive expectancy than that I am sure you will have a number of coders interested to assist you build the automation for it.
