    I am currently testing putting a limit order in resistance / service awaiting breakout however the consequences of it's the lack of momentum to follow along with.

    It's still a hit and miss.

    Your very best effort is to just search for trending market. Within this way. Your bias is reduced to just 1 direction.

    For day trading, the market Seems to be very active during those times.
    USD/CHF 2:00 am est gt; 11:00 am est
    EUR/USD 2:00 am est gt; 11:00 am est
    GBP/USD 3:00 am est gt; 12:00 Noon est
