    Inside this thread:

we will follow market based on this theory.

    follow up.
    ADVANTAGES:
    1) Balancing risks (diffusion of this risk)
    2) when coupled with Muddaraj theory - it's predicted to provide P/E, MORE THAN EXPECTED WITH MINIMAL RISK. \

Your egy is interesting and I will test it as well.

How can you determine that 4 pairs are overbought and oversold?

Also, I believe that you omitted NZD and utilized GBP double in labeling buy/sell positions.

    AUDJPY - SELL
    EURGBP - BUY
    CADCHF - SELL -- NZDCHF - SELL (?)

    I've a better idea.

If anybody has access to individual currency indexes. Like merely ausd chart and only usd chart and so forth.

Search for the most overbought currency and also the most used currency individually and trade them.

Say if USD was the most oversold and GBP was the most overbought, you'd sell GBP/USD.

    what ya think?

Q: How do you determine that 4 pairs are overbought and oversold?
    Ans:
1--You can use XXX-Index for all 8 currencies individually -- XXX = some currency
    or
two--you can estimate the volatility movements in pips last week -- past 9-days, past 3 months etc . .
    Or
    3--you can use my non-executive specialist named Currency_Strength on n-period .
    Or
4--you can use RSI , or AO , or MACD (any indior evolving form Moving Averages)
    or even
5--you may have more intelligent criterion

I prefer to begin Coming week, check for one month.
We will use: Currency Power for 3-days.

But for previous week it is very simple to estimate the outcomes on any criterion,
