    Hai for manyforexforum.co.zamembers.
    i would like some help on mt4. Now I try to put in a new copies of mt4 within my new pc. And all of the thing. But I just cant log into using my account, I just can log in using the investor account. But I could log in normally. So, after that I try to google, I find some suggestion I copy the whole folder in my laptop to the new pc, and I try that I just can log in using investor manner only... can anyone assist me with this, btw my account is ibfx.

    What does it say in the Journal tab should you attempt log in normally?

    If say invalid account..but I can log in from my laptop normally..any thoughts about this?

    Yeah, your password onto your PC is incorrect. Invalid account is either an expired demo account or it's an account number/password mismatch.

    The simple fact that you can log in as an investor or as a trader from a different computer tells me that the password is incorrect rather than an expired account.

    Do u have any clue what should I do, in case that I should change the password on my notebook?

    Is it a demo account?

    If so, simply log in on your notebook, go to the mailbox tab of the terminal and receive your password out of the mail that you would have received when you created the account. Then use that to log in via your computer.
