More than anything I'm kind of talking this out to receive it directly to myself, and if anyone can benefit or provide feedback it's much more than welcome. I feel quite new in this.

I'm considering producing an EA that utilizes long term trends such as 4h or 1d moving averages, and trading short term such as 1m or 5m. Would global factors be a fantastic way to accomplish this? It could be practical to have a global variable to define if it's a longer duration buy or sell market. Is anybody familiar with EA's who do this? I'm sure I'm not the first man to get this done.

Fundamental example: On 1d timeframe I've a moving average crossover into a buy market for a currency. This EA says buy, therefore the short term EA buys while within this fashion, and just buys. It would TP in 50 pips for example. Another buy opportunity presents itself and it deals back and it keeps doing so until the very long term switches back to sell territory.

Is there an easier way to build this into a single EA? Can somebody point me in the path of an EA that does this? I suppose I'm not the first man to conceive of this.

you'll be able to program this very simple in 1 Expert advisor, you are able to calculate all timeframes (and anything else) in any chart timeframe inside expert advisor, therefore no need to use two specialists advisors programms. Simple style for the requirements you will need for buying, calculate your moneymanagement, install any suitable riskmanagement within the Pro against all possibilities what can occur,... and do the transaction and handle it and done. This is extrem. Later (when you have programmed more) you can enlarge the program with include files and boost the design look, solutions, backtest, innovative risk reducing,.... And and and...

It's a very good concept and just one EA is needed to carry out the job.I am not a coder but there are many generous coders here who can help us in this matter.More blockers are needed to build on principles of entry (egy). All the best!

Hi, thanks to the share. Before leaping to get an EA coded, I suggest that you develop a egy the'computer software' can follow along with iron out the kinks and nice information. FOr example, greater TF 4Hr or Daily MA, which ones? As distinct MA pairs will cross at several times. You need entry rules, depart rules. Since the machine will do what it is told. Then you have to test the machine rules and reveal that it is profitable and just then seek coders that will assist you. For me, the reality is that no coder on here will use their time to compose / help you compose a code if they don't see that you your self has put in some effort into creating your egy. See if there is already an EA that uses MA's that you can try change with the HTF bias.
Check out this article, I presume it has what you are looking for: https://www.forexforum.co.za/cryptoc...ve-profit.html
Best of luck and apologies for stating the harsh fact, please don't be discourage and continue to develop your egy.
    Kind Regards,
