Anybody know if there's an MT4 indior that can announce the price at different levels you enter?
E.g.
the pc speaks 1.2750

Cool, thanks for all the information... did not even know MT4 needed a language capacity before.
This thread is old, very old. But should you landed here through your Google spaceship, here is a link for you.

The SpeechText function was eliminated from MT4 in January 2006. Codersguru at Forex-TSD composed a few modules to animate this function. It works nicely. Better than the first function in MT4. It now uses the voice chosen for Windows and the pitch, volume and rate are flexible. He might have written an indior with language or know if someone has. The tools he composed are situated at the following:

I tinkered with the address function some but didn't get around to writing anything useful. An indior from the RickyD system on the StrategyBuilderFX forum has been modified to talk. It functioned before MetaQuotes eliminated SpeechText. Regrettably the syntax is somewhat different so one can't just replace the command. At least you can see how address has been implemented inside this indior. I believe that Shimodax composed the first indior and then modified it for language. At least the code may provide you some idea how address could be implimented.
This indior is situated in the forum at StrategyBuilderFX gt; Trading Strategy Development Center gt; Trading Methods and Strategies gt; RickyD's Strategy/System gt; article #423

I have run across a few different indiors which use speech but can't seem to find them at present. They were also for the older version of MT4.
Wish I had a working indior to share. I think that the creative utilization of language might be quite effective.
