U need movement and volatility to earn money in Foreign Exchange. Right now, london and nyc sessions would be the very best.
Cant wait when china will open their market, probably game changer, and asia sessions will likely be badass, with 600 million rich people in china, and 4000 B USD capital on their investment bank. LIQUID!! LIQUID!!! lol

Since the days of the day are something very subjecting depending upon the time zone in which you live I'd rather concentrate on different trading sessions, the key ones being London, NY and Tokyo. For apparent reasons during these sessions the most active are the GBP and EUR, USD and JPY pairs, respectively.
I'm in California (PST). My trading style demands volatility, and that I rarely find any before 10-11pm. . .then things tend to expire around 9-10am. From my standpoint, 11pm - 8am is the best, and that I never put on a position involving 2pm-9pm
that I love the forex market, but it has severely messed up my system clock
