Thread: How Many Pairs Do You Trade?

I was wondering how many pairs every one here trades and have you ever found it more difficult or easier to exchange less or more pairs? Iv seen some folks like to exchange one, some prefer to exchange 20 or even 30. Iv generally looked at more than less but have been trying to look at less and simply learn those pairs.

On weekend I scan all chances of my Broker, typically going by weekly/Daily chart choosing what I think might be good trading ideas. May be 1-2, might be 20. 1 transaction per pair.

Each morning I am checking my favorite 20 pairs for signs on 1H and 4H chart. When I find something interesting I am doing more comprehensive analysis on different time frames.

I just trade one currency pair, USD/EUR, maybe focus on popular and main currency pair is more safer and steady. But also looking for other possible currency, perhaps JPY is also okay.

Im only trade eurxxx gbpxxx for my intraday Platform
And all pairs for swing price action

It makes no sense to just trade one pair, that would be leaving a lot of money on the table,
exactly what I do is I trade a poor currency against a solid one. I feel the chances are more in my favor that way

I am using 12 pairs for trading. ADUUSD, EURJPY, EURNZD, EURTRY, EURUSD, GBPUSD, NZDUSD, USDCAD,USDCHF, USDJPY, and USDTRY.
EURUSD, GBPUSD and USDCHF are most-using by me pairs (ALSO EURTRY)
I also attempted AUDDKK, but it was lost commerce, so I will not utilize this pair anymore)
