Same here. I have found myself in a spot different from previous years. With the knowledge, You can not forecast the market, yet I do not. I maintain my money management bible near at heart and had. Adhering to my trading egy I wait ... using patience. No indiors dubbed, traces that are skwiggly to help, I press on with my price action. Martket goes up - as do I. Market goes - As I have. Holding just the knowledge, that the market works in cycles, I retrace and keep.

You need one of the following character traits:

    1) The capacity to learn from other people without making the same stupid mistakes which have been made time after time after time. Really hard to do this.... Most people simply can not accept the stove is hot, they have to touch it! Just plain human character. Quite rare if you can accomplish this. (I couldn't!)

    2) When you lose, to the purpose of having your guts ripped out and your world crumble, would you count your losses and chose a different route.... Or can you get pissed off and redouble your efforts. If the thought of cutting your losses and trying something else could attract you... go ahead and do it and save yourself a lot of time, money, and heartache. If you exchange, all of you weakness will be exposed and put to the test.

Hope that this helps... Good luck!

items like this make me feel like maybe you do not quite understand just what it is that makes you cash, ie it's not intuitive / natural. I'm not saying you're incorrect, just suggesting perhaps there is some uncertainty in a traders mind as to what to do when a person needs reminders like this. Little like the joke about the blonde in the hairdressers who wouldnt eliminate her earbuds / headphones.

Be determined to devote countless of hours exploring on approaches and egies that operate; read anything that can be discovered and helpful in this industry; backward and forwards test new ideas/methods/egies; lastly, a never-say-die spirit. One day, you will find your Ah Ha !! moment.

    Success?

It's found by hard work. For those who are studying this thread searching for achievement, think it through.

If you wanted to run a marathon and set, what do you do? You'd wake up at 5:00 AM and run every morning for 2 hours.

If you wanted to become a doctor, what would you do? Go to college for 16 years and research, research, study, research.

If you wanted to become a lawyer, what could you do? Go to law school for 4 years and spend tens of thousands of hours studying.

If you would like to be a trader, in case you do? Receive a system you know and familiarize yourself in market data studying your egy till you have mastered it.

It's that simple really. . .you don't read message boards to be a lawyer or doctor. You don't pay trainers to pass the bar exam to be a lawyer. You don't buy someone's system for learning how to pass medical examinations. You don't do what the majority of you are doing right now.

You work, and you work hard. This is what we are called to as traders - work, work, work. If you aren't working and are not studying, how can you believe you can even profit in the company, let alone be great?

If you're able to emulate salt water crocodile then you are way up over lot of traders.
This is no a joke.I read lots of books on trading and not one came close to http://www.learntotradethemarket.com...-forex-trading.
Master your patience and develop discipline and become wealthy successful trader. That's it.Can you wait for an entire week for proper pair up?How about a month?
If you believe you must be scalping 10hrs per day to make money then I urge you to think beyond the box.

The desire for continuous action regardless of underlying conditions is responsible for several declines in Wall Street even among those professionals, who feel they must take home some cash regular, as though they had been working for regular wages.

They say there are two sides to everything. But there is only 1 side to the stock market; and it isn't the bull side or the bear side, but the ideal side. It took me longer to get that overall principle fixed firmly in my head than it did a lot of the technical phases of the sport of stock speculation.
