There isn't any suitable answer for your question!
The main thing is to use micro lots, if you are a newbie!!!
Right. Micro and mini Foreign Exchange is perfect. From what I understand, there are experienced traders who are still using micro lots. And for a newbie, it means you can put something between 500 and 1000$ and get seasoned.
Not rich, but seasoned. If your first live account is burnt immediately, you aren't learning anything.
But maybe yes 500$ is too modest. Think I will go for a first 1000$ account. And hope for some bonus

Are contingent on how much you can afford to lose.... Today there's some broker out there that you to start trading Foreign Exchange as few as 1 $, hence you dont really have to worry about being undercapitalization.

Start with $1000 and use micro lots first and paper exchange for a year. You will go to minis and will blow up this account. Then add a second $2000 and then see if you can't blow up this account. Then after a few years and several weeks of successful positive income with your own body, then it takes $10k to actually do it correctly. Then you can exchange two miniature lots (2%) and make it happen. Do not take this example, it is exactly what has happened to thousands people traders.

Yes I am a pirate two hundred years too late The cannons don't thunder There's nothing to plunder I'm an over 40 victim of fate Arriving too late Arriving too late by Jimmy Buffett

    So now I plunder pips

The best thing to do is to trade a demo account, or if you would like to begin with real money, open a cent/micro account.

    1. You must understand the concept of compounding.
If you're able to always make 5--10 percent per month.
Your capital will quickly compound to deep amounts of money making you rich beyond your wildest fantasies. As it's done for me.
    2. Risk Management - 95 percent of trading is handling your risk. Strategy is 5%
    3. The third key my friend, is to get yourself an excellent eduion.
Once you have that instruction, you practice until you become a specialist.
Technology is progressing rapidly. Automated Trading Algos exchange the markets on autopilot. Get a good one. You receive a solid one when you signup to the (https://www.tradingcourse.net) certified course.
Allow it to exchange your account, and you will earn money, and be rich in good time.
The key occasionally in life is meeting the right people who possess the perfect knowledge to talk with you. As I have done for you. What you do with this knowledge is your duty.

For a newbie it would be good to begin live trading using micro lots and reduced leverage. Therefore, I would say about 1K are enough.
Most probably you find yourself loosing them very quickly. But hey, that's a part of the learning procedure.

Agree with UlliC at least 1k and micro lots . Remember the first account is not to earn money but to conquer the plogical barriers of trading with real money.
