The problem is when market close on sunday and start monday this indior made the calculation dependent on the last day in this case sunday as you know sunday is a very short time and I want to avoid make the calculation on sundays and take another calculation for monday based on high and low from friday?

Dude, that chart is so filled with lines and squiggles that I have no freakin clue what you are discussing.
Sure, the software just needs to detect that it's monday and instead of working with the previous days data, it jumps back two days to reach friday.
Just use TimeDayOfWeek(Time[0]) == 1
that announcement will be true when the current data is Monday
