It is more easy to write a dll and connect your EA to this, instead of messing with an executable.

Did you write the program you're trying to link to? If so, you need to be able to restructure it so that it poses a function call interface and apply the MSVC project wizard to create a dll rather than an appliion. This subject matter is well-covered about the interwebs.
