IC Markets - Frozen Platform

I use IC Markets as my broker.
At many levels, they're excellent - Great rate, very tight spreads and robust execution.
However, I have always experienced one major flaw.
Each time that the current candle closes and a new one opens, their platform freezes.
This is especially bad when NY closes, as it freezes for a number of minutes.

I have written to them several times but they just deny that it happens at all.

It's real shame because, otherwise they're a fantastic broker.

Anyone have this same experience?
