Help Request: Last Fractal Level Lines

Hello
im trying to draw lines on a 15 Min chart at the level of this last, most recent, Down and Up fractal (utilizing iFractals).
I have enclosed a screen shot (Eur/USD) of exactly what I mean and also the code I have been using until today (fractallines.mq4).
Suffice to state the code doesn't function; no lines are drawn.

Could someone help me along please?
