you need to click on 'symbols' from the tick-view then click, click on 'symbols' menu then You Ought to be able to show/hide XAU/USD

I have a MT4 /FxPro demo/ and that I have GOLD and SILVER within it.

I detect that CMSfx and Forex.com does gold and silver. Together with the latter you need to choose the pair in your tastes.
