Hello everyone, I am looking to change the broker because the current one has me fed up with its customer service: they never respond in time and always pass the ball. I would like to know if any of you could recommend a broker who really cares about your customers, who responds quickly and solves problems without making you wait full days. Thank you.
I have been with XM for 2 years and the customer service has been impeccable. I even had a retirement problem solved on a Saturday in less than 30 minutes.
With all due respect, XM? Haja, your chat looks like a bot. To me ICMarkets is better, I have tested them several times with technical problems and have always helped me in less than 10 minutes.
It happened to me that in Pepperstone they left me hanging with a retreat and took 4 days to answer. 4 days! That�s an eternity in this business.
I'm with ICMarkets and I confirm that their support is excellent, but look: only if you contact during the week. The weekend is a disaster.
Many people speak well of ICMarkets, but for me Tickmill has the fastest attention I've ever tried. I don't get a deposit fee and they always answer in my language.
I had a bad experience with Tickmill: they closed my account for a verification error and no one explained anything to me. Neither in chat nor by mail.
Has anyone tried AxiTrader support? I�m considering opening account there but I don�t know if they are reliable when there are problems.
AxiTrader is not bad, but its attention is only in English and if your level is low, you end up frustrated.
Customer service is as important as spreading or execution. I�ve seen how bad support ruins your entire trading plan.
Watch out for what good support is equal to secure broker. Some brokers bucket-shop have fast chats just to capture customers.
From my own experience I recommend Fusion Markets. They answer in Spanish and even call you on the phone if you don't understand something.
If your priority is fast support and in Spanish, then FP Markets is the best I've ever tried.
What about Exness? Mm-hmm. Your website says they have 24/7 attention, did anyone check it out?
Exness does have 24/7 support, but the level of operators varies a lot. Sometimes you get a crack and sometimes they seem to be learning.
It's best to have an assigned account manager, so you don't go through the generic chat.
That account manager thing sounds nice but they only give it to customers with large deposits. If you put less than $1,000 in, forget it.
For me the best support is the one you don't need to use. I mean, a broker with a good platform and execution that works smoothly.
But when the day comes when something fails, you'll want a quick response support.
Many brokers use WhatsApp as a channel of attention. Did anyone have experience with this? Is it worth it?
I love using WhatsApp for support. At FXTM they have that channel and it's like talking to a friend.
I tried the FXPro WhatsApp and it was slower than your web chat, a total disappointment.
In short, the best broker is the one that suits your needs. If you do not speak English, look for one with attention in your language. If you operate out of schedule, look 24/7.
I can confirm that ICMarkets has great support, but I would also like to try Fusion after reading them.
What do you recommend more: fast support or low commissions? What is more important to you?
Depends on the style of trading. A scalper needs execution and commissions, a swing trader needs support if there are problems with swaps or rollovers.
Did anyone have to deal with brokers who close positions for no reason and then the support only responds with automated mails?
That's why I never chose a broker that doesn't have direct phone attention anymore.
The key is to read reviews and look for forums like this, where users tell real experiences. The website of the broker always paints everything perfect.

I don't recommend brokers who use outsourced call center support. Those just read scripts and don't understand anything about trading.
The worst thing is that they don't even know what a spread or a margin call is, they just read pre-made answers.
That's why I value when a broker hires staff with real trading experience for his support table.
In my experience, no broker beats Darwinex in customer service. Although his instrument offer is limited, the deal is excellent.
In the end, the perfect support does not exist, but choosing a broker that comes close to your expectations is the most important thing.
For me what counts most is that they listen to you and solve it. If they delay but they solve it well, I conform.
Some brokers tell you what you want to hear just so you keep depositing.
Yeah, you have to distinguish between aid brokers and brokers who just want more funds.
And watch out for the brokers who call you every week to offer you bonuses, they're usually a flag net.
It happened to me with a Malta broker who insisted every two days. I ended up blocking his number.
