EA trading based on Candle - need help to get it simpler

Someone formerly ask help to build an EA. It works great, however, with some filters included, it is no longer functions as expected.

Hello,
I am searching for an EA that really does these:
(1). Open Position - it will BUY (for bullish candle) or SELL (for bearish candles) on following open volcano. E.g., if previous candle is Bullish, open BUY on next candle open.
(2). Close Position - after candle has changed color. E.g.,
overview:
Bullish candle Bullish candle (open BUY place ) Bullish candle Bearish candle Closed position.
Vice versa for bearish candle.
(3). Repeat the above two steps so long as the EA is running.
(4). Entry, Add-ons and Close place parameters:
- Able to pick between 0-10 candle openings = being 0 Disabled, and 1 being at least 1 color candle before trigger Open or Close place, etc..

A guy has assembled an EA for him. However, when I test EA, it place/multiply the orders of a pair - once I wish to keep 1 live order. And I really don't need filter as I trade on big timeframe - Daily,....

I would like to keep the EA easy to easy work without errors:
(1). Open Position - it will BUY (for bullish candle) or SELL (for bearish candle) on following open volcano. E.g., if previous candle is Bullish, open BUY on next candle open.

Summary:
Bullish candle (closed) (open BUY place ) Bullish candle Bearish candle (closed) near BUY place - open SELL position.

Vice versa for bearish candle.
(3). Repeat the above two steps so long as the EA is running.
(4). Optional to possess Lot size, Stop-Loss and Target-Profit
(5). Only keep 1 open exchange for a currency pair - No hedging No multiplier it can caused a big loss later.

This is the older EA. Hope anyone can modify or make new EA dependent on the older one.
