I'm in the process of beginning a fund for some of my US clients and in the process of analyzing several traders ability. Needless to say there are some really lousy account managers on the market.

I shall share 1 account manager to avoid PMFXI (Samuel Walton). Reckless to say the least, first day out of the gate, to a 2500 account that he took 4 standard lots on the eur/usd going into the ECB rate decision (already at a 72 percent drawdown in 1 afternoon ). I was fortunate to get back into the account and exit once the price dipped and completely recover from down the draw. If the account had remained untouched it would was dismissed.

Always do due your diligence prior to handing over any significant amounts to possess traded.
