Thread: Are the best systems also the systems that fail most spectacularly?

The point is, that these bots are based on technical analysis and therefore are the automated combination of tools. No more than that. They can't think and mull over the situation on the market. And it's well-known, that even the greatest analysis could be ruined in a second by some news. These machines need to be monitored. It's auite dangerous to let them rule your money.

I think this is a fundamental flaw in human perception, everyone seems to asume that this respect is something physical, something such as sustenance, something such as water, something such as a wall to include warm air in the winter, its not. Its fleeting as these items called money, or happiness, truth, if you discover it that you realise you dont really want it. Read Lukes Rhineheart The diceplayer for more relating to this subject.

Technical analysis IS what it's all about.

There's absolutely no problem in the market, as you call it, to mull over.

News does not directly push the charts.

News causes traders to place trades, the end result of which is that currency balances change and this leads to the charts to move.

Most trading bots are built by amateurs and this is the reason they fail.

    happy trading,

    zero/.

Then it wouldn't be a best system IMO...

Regardless of how there is a good a trading process, there's still room for flaw and it is this flaw that contributes to spectacular loss. You can not divorce tradings and feelings and emotions. The person matters , although Sometimes the system could be helpful.
