Trading with fixed schedules or all day in front of the chart?

What if your best schedule doesn't match the opening of London or NY? Do you adapt your life to the market or the market to you?

Don't you think it's a little rigid about limiting by clock? The market is dynamic, and sometimes the best comes when you don't expect it.

What if I'm only free to operate on the Asian session? Do you think it's feasible to look for consistency on that schedule alone?
