Thread: Peaks and Troffs

Only a follow on from those trades on Friday:
I was kicking myself for getting a single eyed about EA shorts. Price was on the trend line and has been creating candles closing near the line. There was a perfect peak and trough higher on the 15 minute chart, but I didn't take it. This year I've lowered my risk per transaction to .5% to overcome this kind of problem. Part of the problem of becoming a trader. The identical discretion saved me from a reduction so I suppose it evens out.
Those trades on Friday ended up: AU -26.1 pips, UJ-25.3, ANZ 65.1, and that I had another entry while I was asleep AU brief at .78635 with 41.6
All up 80.9 pips and 1.618 percent(Nice fib amount) .
Currently short EA out of 1.40227 and Long AJ in 95.241

Only gone long EA at 1.5713
Looks like it may be turning around. The floor at 1.5665 ish has held. Not an A tier trade but one worth using a risk and looking to scale in. Time of the day isn't fantastic and never wed to my own position.

Extended Following a higher low off the Daily Trend Line.

I am short and have been for a while. I have been compounding but now have this one on a leash.

I will be long at 1.5618 and shut my shorts in 1.5657

What a day! The gap between the GFC and now is experience and time. I dream of days like this.
