Thread: BAT system for 15 min chart

I've got a couple of hints, after having poured over the charts-

    1. Eliminate the Flat MACD. It does not compensate by keeping you out of enough bad ones and filters out trades that are good.

    2. Boost the first SL in the 61.8 lineup to the 38.2 line.

    3. Trade only within market hours. Price sometimes triggers bad trades and tends to drift.

now isnt potential trade accorg. Principles for SL in 1 place- to get GBPUSD is minimal SL 25, TP just 1O pips now,but for 3 lots - 30 pips

Only trade with trend about 1 hour,

    Thanks, backtesting looked great.
At macd u need two set time frame - do u use like the chart time frame.
Might sound like idiotic quest., but set the ind. time frame 2b differnt in my chart I am considering and it filtered out some false trades...

    thx for sharing....

but. . How can you determine the trend?

    regards,

bat atr is a good indior but it provides a lot of false breaks which you have to determine.

I enjoy the fractal channel improved.

I've been using this setup for a few trades and it is very good. Have a look and see if it is possible to set an EA to automate it. Its a variation from team from the BAT EA APHID.

The Fib position additions are not needed since they never get triggered.
The risk is less then the initial settings.

I tried setting it up but I can not get it to work could you please take a look and see if you become aware of whats wrong.

    The only variables are:

    ATR Stage =2
    Variable # 1

Look at the difference and tell me what you think.
