    Hey, the candles are different for every broker due to spreads and different brokers price them.

    Gold and Silver available at 5PM Eastern on Sunday and close at 4PM Eastern on Friday.

    Hi,
    If you use MT4, you may simply click on the gold on the market view window and bring up the specifiions. There you may see times. Mine begins trading gold hr following Australia open, basically whenever the asia opens. Your broker should have trading occasions.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello
    Can you get this information from MT4? When I view the specifiions in MT4 it says market opens to gold at 6 PM Eastern and closes at 5 PM Eastern (23 hours afterwards), and this applies from monday to friday.

    Some brokers have a 6 days chart instead of 5 days, that's because it shows a candle from sunday.
    Quote from a website:
    There are only 5 trading days per week in every major currency trading centre around the world, but as a result of 24hr character of Forex, some platforms show a ";Sunday"; bar, this is incorrect and unnecessary#8230;

    Anyway, I dont think its a big problem but just needed to say this.

    Gold and silver prices are set as:
    ? What is ?the fixing? and who sets these prices?
    ? What are futures and spot prices?
    ? What are the resources of futures and spot prices?
    ? What are precious metals?

    I am little confused but I think the international FOREX gold and silver markets exchange per day . The day for USAGOLD pricing starts at 3pm .

    Anniecalvert, the markets are available 24-hours daily for seven days weekly (yes even on weekends). But retail traders can simply access these markets from monday (or sunday depending on timezone) to friday. The market is open on weekends for various reasons. Couple of several reasons: overseas travelers, turists, online shopping etc., they all exchange currency. And I believe for several other reasons and these that the market can move a bit.

    I'd say the main prices in a chart to be the lows and the highs. These are time frame.

    Throughout the past 3-4 months I am trading the close price mostly and I've discovered out the Cyprus time candle 2 GMT to be providing the maximum drawdown. All four time frames for instance, around the candle that is H4, deliver exactly the exact same income. The smallest DD comes in the London candles...
