Warm greetings traders. -
I have been trading my small account because Feb 1st 2017. These days I'm 3 weeks shy of one year of trading.
My yield is on course to hit 12% for the year according to someforexforum.co.zatrade explorer. MyFxBook says I'm doing much better at about 16% and my fundseeder dash (which only goes back to July 2017) tells me I am more than 50 percent up for the time between July#8217;17 and today. (Please be aware, currently open positions may violate those numbers a bit.)
I don#8217;t know just how a lot of these places calculate their numbers but all of them agree that I'm doing well.
My maximum draw down on the books in addition to my maximum floating draw-down is below 5 percent on all 3 platforms from the time that I began the current egy on Feb 1st 2017.
I'm also working a very demanding full-time occupation as a Sr Linux Engineer caring for production systems in a huge corporation that takes up a lot of my time and is constantly attempting to monopolize whatever time I've left to myself. All the trading performance below my belt for this past 11 months has been while working this endeavor.
I'd really like to trade my way into the sun-set but using an account the size of mine that might take another lifetime that I don#8217;t have.
What are the choices for somebody like me as far as funding is concerned?
I always hear that one must have a minumum of one year#8217;s worth of consistently profitable live performance before anybody will take a chance on you.
Well, here I am; eleven months in and well over 850 live transactions afterwards. What#8217;s another step?
I#8217;Id heard of the prop-trading firms but these sound like a scam over anything. Even though I don't have any experience using them.
What other funding options are out there?
Thanks for your time.
