    I attempt to produce the system, but might be a lot wrong. I expect that other members can offer input to make it better.

    BB 50
    MA 50 shift -10
    MA 14
    MA 14 shift -6

    1st I am huge fan of John Bollinger and his indior that's part of my machine and I am little dismayed you can not even describe it properly let alone start a system thread when you don't have any system!

    Don't be a lazy spoon feeding type.Go into youtube and they're hundreds of videos explaining how to apply Bollinger Bands furthermore google should be your 1st option.

    I heard Acceleration rings are great also. When price moves out side of immersion rings it's momentum commerce / breakout period. They aren't used by me .
