Follow mladen's instructions here it may help.

I'd an indi that would not appear in my charts I did as the instructions said it appears labored.

DWMA (double weighted moving average) is ideal for the line as is will delay turning direction until JMA crosses it. Notice where JMA (yellowish) crosses DWMA (cyan). Could someone recommend values for Jurik MAs (maybe for different timeframes) which you've been using profitably (i.e. 20 interval, typical for 5 minute chart, etc.)
    Thank you.

Great luck to your legal question, that?called homework and backtesting. . .much better if you do it yourself, till it is owned by you.

be careful to curve fitting though, if you try to discover a value that works good on a set of datas, it will certainly not work with different datas. Better to stick to the default values Rather than Looking for the optimal value (believe me I've attempted)

This is actually the blau ergodic oscillator utilizing jurik instead of a standard moving average.

MidnightRun, perhaps this will assist, inserted a bare bones jurik ma to create a jma cross for this simple ea perhaps it will help with your settings.

One more and I'll stop spamming, this really is a mtf rmi using an alternative for jurik smoothing(smooth span gt; 1)

This is a dtosc (type of stochastic rsi) where the stoch rsi calculation is smoothed with jurik. You have a selection of 6 kinds of rsi, rsi forms are routine rsi, slow rsi, quick rsi, harris rsi, rsx, or cutler's rsi. For the final calculation of this storsi and it's signal you have a selection of a Simple moving average,a Exponential moving average, a Smoothed MA,Linear weighted MA,Smoothed LWMA,Double Smoothed Exponential average,Triple exponential moving average - TEMA, or a Linear regression worth (lsma). For your rsi price it has a selection of 30 prices.
