Yes you can trade several pairs concurrently inside precisely the exact same EA AND within precisely the exact same account (you will require a separate API to trade several accounts at once). You won't have the ability to use this EA from the egy tester because the tester doesn't encourage currency trading.

Im going to have a custom EA created, however have a query (Im new to this) :
Can one EA possibly trade/scan several pairs in the exact same time? Or do you need to load ten EAs to trade ten pairs?

Sorry for any confusion, as english isn't my native language, and Im new to EA's.
