They screwed me over too. A huge imaginary spike which has been on no charts and lost me a significant chunk of my account. They've refunded me the losses but not reopened the trade costing me a huge profit. They are not even bothering responding to my emails. Does anybody know if there's an ombudsman I could complain?Originally Posted by ;
Anyone know a new broker? I don't trust them anymore....

There's also an international litigation you can do. But only if necessary. I am aware of a website but was forgotten by me.
I am in exactly the same scenario, they reimbursed me loses as if I have closed my positions on ~600$ price although it's already 700 and can hardly fated to 400 (where I opened my own orders). What exactly does it mean in common sense? - A unique investing chance is lost due to a crappy price filtering in (as I thought so far) reliable broker.Originally Posted by ;
And of course I prefer to receive my positions reopened (best situation) or reimbursed at current price.

as much as I know, it is the ideal place to open a dispute: https://www.fos.org.au/
I wonder if anybody got any info about the procedure and similar scenarios, any help would be appreciated

But I learnt long ago that if you're seriously interested in Foreign Exchange trading and protecting your capital the very best thing you can do is split it up between different brokers.
So do not only find one but a couple ... I have more than a couple ;--RRB-
I use MT4 on my telephone and it's very easy to change between the accounts for trading.
I have FXPRO, FXCM, XM, Pepperstone, Alpari, Easy Forex.... And a couple of other people lol
Good luck
Thanks a lot for your intel, mate, really appreciate it!Originally Posted by ;
