    It's basically the same as MACD.

    Therefore, if you should have a wild guess, would it be:
    rather than using a simple moving average exp ma to get macd, you would use the linear regression formula, and rather than price you would utilize rsi of near, interval 14.

    As far as I can see there's nothing linear regression concerning this ind.. A direct line is represented by linear regression through a ster-plot of data. What would cause one to think?

    You're able to calculate a moving linear regression line, over n points, and set x as the current data point, then you've got a moving linear regression line, but you only plot the previous point of the line on the chart or utilize it in calcs, smooths better than exma's and ma's.

    Fair enough, I presumed I simply don't see what purpose that would function, using a moving window of MACD linear regression... I presume that would produce the indior a lot simpler would it not?
