I'd like to know what are the best and worst times to exchange if any. At a specific time, what should you look out for (ie reversals or tendencies )?

    Thanks.

Most would say the best time to trade is 2am-11am eastern, and things really start cooking around 8am when NY is warming up. That is when London and NY are both trading at the exact same moment. Many would say trading outside of 2am-11am eastern is a waste of time. I enjoy the off peak hours.

The best time to exchange is when you're winning.

The worst time to exchange is when you're losing.

Whipsaw is subsequently it shoots upward in pips....then another candlestick or so shoots down further to prevent you out.

Thanks for the responses guys. I was curious about something . Are there any patterns that you guys see if you exchange at those hours? For instance, when the european markets available, do you notice that the european currencies strengthen? That goes for the other markets.

    thanks.

The only thing you'll see is that volitility increases, starting about 7 AM GMT. London morning session will not appear to be soomther then New York morning. More trends, less whipsaws.

So basically the best trending instances are approx. 2am EST (If the european markets open into a bit later new york opens, maybe 10am to noon EST according to a few ppl here. Ok excellent.

What about the connection between the market and the currency. For instance, when new york opens, do you typicall see a strengthening of the USD or does it continue from the previous nighttime trading in the oriental markets.

    thanks.

    Best times to trade?

You're able to trade news and capture the huge waves.

You can trade the Asian market and trade the bounces.

Anytime the market is open is the ideal time to trade.

    It is all about time.

    Understand, Mate?
