Does any one Understand what's W8 ben form to Start an account with Alpari us. I'm in the process of opening an account with them and they want me to fill this form once I called them the front desk reported it merely an formality for ID purposes, not happy with the answer. I live in Canada.

W-8 Ben in my comprehension is a tax emption form.
