Yea I found that yesterday pretty sad. Have you ever contacted rollingsoliver yet? They got back to me saying its still too soon to start the process

Im not sure the article isn't just hearsay since if they stole it will be outside in the open quite soon.

That's the exact same thing rollingsoliver told me. Very curt email.

Almost no explanation of whats happening whatsoever.

Then I sent yet another email CC ing------- ----------

Explaining to them that from now on I would be forwarding all correspondence involving myself, my spouse and rollingsoliver into the FCA as well.

Just to insure everything is being handled in the proper manner.

Almost instantly I received a far more explanatory email reply from rollingsoliver

The Mail is bellow:


Dear Sirs

I refer to our previous correspondence and please Bear in Mind That the Director of Boston Prime Limited (#8220;the Company#8221;-RRB-, George Popescu a person regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (#8220;FCA#8221;-RRB-, has instructed Rollings Oliver LLP (#8220;Rollings Oliver#8221;-RRB- with legal advisors, CMS Cameron McKenna LLP, to help him in making the appliion to the High Court in London to place the Company into Particular Adminiion, an bankruptcy process in the UK.

Once an order of this court has been granted the Special Adminiors will be appointed. We cannot be sure of the time frame for this. The appointment will permit the Special Adminiors to correspond with clients and other third parties in respect of the provider. Until they are appointed the projected Joint Adminiors#8217; aren't in a position to match further.

Remember to always include your statement of the balance you'd at bt prime. Publish it to every email correspondence into rollingsolliver

And in the topic line consistently add your account name and amount- BOSTON PRIME ACCOUNT # 1234567890 WHATEVER LLC

This way when they are ready to speak to clients every email you sent has all of the information they'd have to be of support to you.

It will cut back on the back and forth emails looking for extra info.

That I am going to email them everyday the way I've summarized until I get a response.

And I invite you and anyone else with money in the wind with bt prime to do the same.

You should also contact the FCA by also the FSCS by telephone to ask for updates on the situation in their end.

Make as much noise as you can.

Anyone have any first hand knowledge about London Capital Groups FX offering?

I am currently trying to determine where I should land following the whole bt prime fiasco.
