100% concur on Dukascopy. I traded with them for a long time until the NFA decided I'd be better off NOT TRADING using a 100% SECURE BANK who insured up my funds to 100,000 CHF. Nope, they think I am absolutely better off using a few of the scam brokers that they govern.

You can open business in one of tax haven country like Cayman Islands or Saint Kitts and Nevis and then exchange with trusted broker.

Sure can't. It will still be a company. They literally (the NFA) do not want US citizens to trade spot forex. That's the most important thing behind the regulations.

Okay, but NFA also does not allow US taxpayers to exchange with any offshore broker, but you do it. ASIC and FCA regulated brokers can't accept US taxpayer but can accept offshore company. Personal information is confidential in this kind of company.

I can oly do it bcause the brokers I use are unregulated. Trust me, I earn enough in this business to have explored all of the options.

When choosing a broker which kind of platforms you ll select ?
