Thread: Pepperstone Historical Data Mismatch

    There is a mismatch between information available in my Pepperstone MT4 platform along with the tick information that I downloaded from Pepperstone website. (Available here: https://pepperstone.com/en/client-re...ical-tick-data)

    by way of example, lets take EURUSD M1 interval data for 2016-09-01 00:00 GMT (Accessible in EURUSD-2016-09.zip on above link) :
    Open = 1.11567
    High = 1.11567
    Low = 1.11554
    Close = 1.11567
    Volume = 377 (Amount of ticks to the M1 interval 2016-09-01 00:00 GMT)

    But on my own MT4 platform, the information for the same period is as follows: (Since Pepperstone uses GMT 3 server time in September, preceding interval is represented by 2016-09-01 03:00 on MT4 platform)

    Open = 1.11565
    High = 1.11567
    Low = 1.11556
    Close = 1.11567
    Volume = 63

    what's the main reason for this mismatch? I have a Pepperstone Razor account.

    P.S. Is there any place where I could download Pepperstone M1 information instead of tick data?

    They could fix tick data in their MT4 platform if there was large volatility or smth else, although they don't bother with adjusting their tick data as well as it serves for general information purposes.
    Anyway you could always change your broker if you don't enjoy them.
