Try Currency Futures. No spreads in Any Way
All futures contracts have a bid and offer spread of one tick, tick value on micro euro/usd is $1.25! So very illiquid size euro contract quantity 196,000, emini sp quantity 1,300,000. Micros will have a lot of spikes in such low quantity.
What? Of course there's a spread in stocks - minimum 1 pip on the CME.Originally Posted by ;
Hi people,
I am wondering, why is it that brokers forbid arbitrage trading?
Supposing a broker engages in 1-leg arbitrage, who is there to be sure they do not who supervises broker activities?
Thank you
Some brokers are B- Novel brokers which means they internalise the transactions.Originally Posted by ;
If you are arbitraging that means they're handing out free cash .
Other brokers who are authentic STP dont have a problem because the LP's handle that.

Truly, the STP Broker itself has no difficulties with whatever kind of egy you'll be able to come up with. However please be no mistake, because there is a Market Maker sitting in LP's form who is profiting from your losses and vice versa. And that I wont be surprised if these end LPs are pushing the brokers to minimize the poisonous flow coming from arbitrage traders. That is my comprehension of the issue.
Same here https://www.hfeu.com/eu/en/account-t...d-account.html although they give raw propagate which sometimes can be zero but its not always.Originally Posted by ;
I doubt the broker you said also supplies a spread which is always zero.
Spreads that are lower signifies trading costs and hence earning earnings that is large . This is exactly what scalpers also favors and brokers are offering zero accounts which I guess is specifically designed to meet the needs of these IMO.
