Hello guys, I will keep it short, I only need to understand anybody have clue about that company? I have one friend who spent on this broker just when they were repeatedly calling him, so he went with 260 dollars investment, so I was not aware of it. But he told me and also the worst part is, he spent 260 but received only 200 dollars, I do not understand how. He asked me to assist exactly what to do, as I see majority of the websites placing them but is anybody aware what could be done in order to find the actual investment back? As even he is unable to trade with the terminal keep showing trade handicapped.... Bear in mind, I am not asking if it is scam or not (I'm certain it is), but what could be done is what I am asking you guys.... Also, I like to repeat that this is not for me, it is only my friend, therefore I am searching for any useful suggestions that may possibly save him from losing.... Thanks.

It states very clearly at the base of the website:

The website is owned and operated by Nemesis Capital Limited, speech: Stoney Ground, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Nemesis Capital BG Limited, Oborishte District 21B, Moskovska, Str. Sofia, Bulgaria, serves as a payment service provider for AlfaTrade.

Thus the organization is not even from UK even though they have a London office; it is an offshore registered business in the Caribbean using a money-receiving front situated in Bulgaria. Nowhere on the web site states that any labs in almost any country FCA regulate or regulated them that they operate nor are they even licensed in anyway to supply trade, any financial solutions or anything. And as a matter of impact, as of July 21, Alfatrade UK Limited has ceased trading and has informed their customers as such with choices that your friend might have the ability to pursue:

And if you google the firm, there are TONS of websites, review sites that confirms they're a scam broker. Your friend should have known particularly after being called repeatedly to deposit more cash. Legitimate brokers NEVER do this. Other than that, that cash is pretty much gone. Good thing your friend just spent $260 and got back $200 so he lost $60, tuition for learning how to spot and prevent scam brokers.

really see, I had no doubt about them being scam the moment I visited their website once my friend told me about it, but obviously he told me only once he got stuck (for help). Maybe I explained it wrongly, but by 200 dollars, I mean on account (trading). He spent around 260 dollars, but in the account only 200 dollar landed, as he had been told it is because of fees which is just unbelievable and the worst part is, it is showing commerce. The customer support is email that is no and offline up to now on email. I'm waiting for Monday to see if their customer support becomes online or instead say my friend is waiting, but he is asking me for help, so I thought maybe if anyone have such expertise he might be able to help...

No according to that leaprate.com article which I included in my previous post, that firm has ceased trading as of July 21 and all clients were informed to shut their transactions; that's why it reveals trade disabled on their site (I highly doubted they did any trading to start with). So your buddy should have begun to withdraw his $200 IMMEDIATELY. I mean he can't even exchange, what's the purpose of leaving the money there and if he deposited cash? Your buddy try to get hold of anyone he can get his hands on in the company not just the customer service or can email this man whose address has been recorded in that article in my previous post. Chances are the organization is on its method thus the quicker his friend his money is pretty much gone of shutting down. The only option is simply to call the police.
