Thread: Oanda vs FOREX.com vs any other broker for US clients

    I'm an FXCM customer who's being shipped to FOREX.com this weekend. I was wondering if I need to stay with FOREX.com or change to Oanda (or some other). All comments welcome.

    After the u.s. regulators Begin to investigate forex.com thery will discover out there worst then FXCM and they too will soon be out in the u.s.a leaving us with a single broker

    Myfxbook says now only Tallinex and FxChoice accept US clients. Is this true? Oanda and Forex.com both accept US customers right?

    Yes, and only an option if you exchange low lot dimensions.

    I am also a US newbie looking for a broker that has;
    - NFA/ CFTC security
    - 10 p per pip
    - Honest withdrawal limitations
    - Successful trading matches
    - solid charting package

    Want recommendations!

    Thank you for the option, but that isn't a choice for me in particular. I want a broker that mostly mirrors FXCM. Binary choices isn't what I am after, though they may be preferred by some.

    ATC Brokers might be interesting.

    I am now with Oanda, and the spreads are large (see comments from the Oanda thread). However, I need to mention that the executions of Oanda are adequate so far, likely due to the new engine that they implemented. From what I have read concerning forex.com, I'm staying away, but I want to hear others' views. I'm now looking at trying MT5 on AMP futures (only futures broker I know of that provides free metatrader).
