Are there any IB agents for (older TadawulFx) here that will accept a minimum initial deposit of $1,000 USD to open a new Mini fixed spread account ? In that case please IM me. I will provide feedback about broker once account is opened in this forum. Thanks.
What exactly do you mean? Never found an ECN broker? It is not uncommon for such a large initial deposit, simply because brokers are becoming more and more aggressive and offering reduced deposits, which doesn't mean you should go for them. Chances are they are taking another side of your trade while lqdmarkets is actually matchmaking.Originally Posted by ;

There isn't anything wrong with a broker doing this (banks do it all of the time) given they offer you the price that reflects the true market rather than their dream market.
Brokers aren't as transparent as they was. Clearly lqdmarkets is doing both. That is why they have a listing of floating spreads account and fixed spreads account, that has nothing to do with the spreads and deposit. ECNs (matchmaking) will have reduced spreads, but who knows, there's definitely going to be a loony broker out there doing something that they shouldn't.
This is not the sole case, but there are a number of brokers that aren't as transparent as you would think(ie. exness, tradersway. .)
That's funny, the mini account requires an initial deposit of 2000$. I don't quite make it to be honest.
