Also recently, employees from Hotforex has violated the anti-laundering rules, according to members of this forum. The best aspect of all of this, I have screenshots of everything. I posted them on this forum after. However, information has a tendency to dissappear online forums.
Maybe, I should begin a new thread about it. For everyone to see the honesty of this broker.

Hotforex is a bucketshop. They who claims otherwise are inexperienced or are interested in portraying them as a good broker.
Beneath 5K I had no issues with withdrawals out of them. What was your amount?Quote:

This is my experience using Hotforex and why I stop using them. I want to underline that I was a little customer with just a small deposit together.
The first time I used them dropped cash together. Approximately 6 months after I opened up a new account together. I was a customer that is satiesfied.
I received great service whenever I was connected with them. Their reply to the chat was always quick, it was a matter of moments before they replied.
I was earning money instead. Things lasted a couple of months. I was in contact with them a few times seeing SL hit. The last time was about a slippage of about 32 pips one night, as a result of news to the AUD. I received a response declaring that this was volatile events bla bla. However when studying the chart and at which the stop was placed I was becoming suspicious.
I always placed stops at about 100 pips in the entrance, so the SL was not an big issue for me personally. The actual problem came when I received a lousy feed. There was openings between the 4h candle for no reason, in addition to a corrupt tick volume.
I was connected with them, got no good responses from their chat, was directed to their service. Sent screenshot of all pairs I was monitoring to show them. I got no satisfactorily answer.
As a trader their data feed is the most important thing they could give. Our contracting relationship is worth nothing If this feed is wrong/corrupted/manipulated.
I chose to withdraw my little account. They were now slow to process the withdrawal. I needed to call to Cyprus to get it done. Now their chat was slow to reply. What before took moments, now took 7-8 minutes before they found an operator.
This is not the words of a frustraded trader that has lost his cash, this is the words of a trader that wants to share his expertise with other traders. Below are screenshots of this occasion, where their information feed was not correct. I've screenshots for the chat as well to prove this.
Coupled together with all the CySec regulation, I would keep away from this broker. It is the amount of the whole experience and how they behaved that contributes to this statement. In the very best they weren`t meeting a customers complaints, in the worst they were corrupting the data feed I obtained.

All of this is poor customer support, what is worse is that the screenshots below. It feels like Hotforex doesn`t care of evidence of residence for their customers. Provided that they can lure traders they could fool for their cash. Provided that you are losing fine. If they don`t earn on you, then they'll play tricks against you.
They have quite a few of both IB and affiliates promoting them on different forums. One of these went to far this time. .

Skrill is much faster but cable doesn't charge ton of charges. Time doesn't matter if you don't use it for other business (and you shouldn't). So 5 days or 1 day might be same in choosing a payment way of fund withdrawal.Quote:

Belgium said that broker (or rather off shore broker) are not allowed to operate with in their own country? But I believe that this will not affect their citizen from trading online should they want to correct? I guess its a law for broker not traders.

Well works for some not for everybody absolutely, and we just have to vent it out on some thing, I mean hey 6-7 years into trading forex and I still believe I need a long way to go, the broker only works, I receive my withdrawals I do lose occasionally but thats trading. .
