To those of you who are currently using Oanda or have employed them previously, how was your adventure? Did they treat you fairly?

I used them to check some approaches outside using cash that was real - but without the risk of losing a ton of money. The interface is quite good. It functions at home and at work without installing any appliions. It's possible to use lots to check or get your feet wet. My egies were based on price and not necessarily indies so I can't speak to indiors. I did FEEL a lot of my ceases got chosen off but other systems revealed the market did move far. It is only the feeling of they are after me Interest is fine but the swaps are not up to somebody like FXDD if you're looking at carry trades. PayPal deposits were charge for example 2.9%.

you might want to remove link attached to bottom of posting. . .sorry
I have used Oanda for approximately a year now, and my experience with them was a good one.
They are honest with their spreads, fast to perform orders, and extend the ability to produce sub-accounts. This is a new feature because it allows me to hedge if I'd like I have enjoyed.
The negatives of Oanda are their restricted tools in their charting platform. However, it basically has everything you need, unless you get technical with custom indiors. Oanda increases their spreads over weekends, and lowers them fairly late on Sunday (fundamental US here) and this could be a bad or good thing depending on where you are loed.
Hope that this helps,
Kevin
Can not utilize them as I have to have the ability to put stop orders on the market. I don't understand why they don't have this capacity.
Been with them for 6 weeks.
Low spreads. . .good
No trailing stops. . .bad.
Cash withdrawal, no worries and always fast.
I tried news trading with them. . .once.
I say that they are a good broker
What Oanda has is actually a Stop Limit Order, according to wikipedia as:You can use the 'bounds' feature to theoretically fill in any price below or above your limitation Price effectively creating a standard 'Cease Order. I have not played it at a fast moving market but I think that it would fill should you place the boundaries enough. That can be good or bad.Originally Posted by ;
