Try calling the folks on this website. Some of the emails are changed, I have not tried the phone numbers. This is a list of the TRUE ECNs out there. You might also need to seek Prime Banks if you have a huge sum of money.

Also, use Currenex partners section. A lot of those listed as Currenex suppliers are also FXall, Hotspot and Lava providers.
